Day 112

More evidence of the nature of Whoville is uncovered as I meander through the Magnolia State.  Do you know that Mississippi folks think their trash is so dangerous they regularly lock their bags up in cages?   It took me a while to figure that out.  At first, I noticed a few empty cages and thought “Maybe these are animal crates.”  But then they just kept coming, empty and looking curious.  Suddenly I figured it out.  The cage I had just passed had trash bags in it.  Of course, Mississippi has dangerous trash that needs to be locked up.

There are some escaped bags, however.  I suggest that the uncaged bags be colored in wide two-tone green horizontal stripes to clearly indicate that these are escapees and should be captured with all due haste.
